Start this program if you want to gain strength in your legs. Whether that be for dancing (Meg Knees), twerking, or just rehabbing your knees, you will see a significant difference in stability and balance.

This program will give you 4-5 monvements per day for 15 minutes of exercise to add into your existing workout schedule.

It was great and not very hard to do, even for me. I suffer of an autoimmune disease which is called Myasthenia Gravis (it affects muscles and it tires my body very easily). Since I'm out of shape and feeling a lot of trauma in my body, once I saw your posts on Instagram I knew that had to give it a try
