It was great and not very hard to do, even for me. I suffer of an autoimmune disease which is called Myasthenia Gravis (it affects muscles and it tires my body very easily). Since I'm out of shape and feeling a lot of trauma in my body, once I saw your posts on Instagram I knew that had to give it a try

This was honestly the style of workout I never knew I needed! I always thought I just hated home workouts, turns out I just had the wrong teacher! Bailey has such a relaxed flow that makes each move seem doable and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend more!
