This program will introduce you to HIIT style classes, with visuals of how to do advanced and beginner modifications throughout. Here, you will do 5 movements, 4 times through with fun challenges at the end of each class. Stretching is also incorporated in this program 2 days a week.

Thank you so much for doing a follow along hiit! I've been looking for this type of workouts on the app for a while and most are not follow along. So good for early mornings when I just want to go along with the instructor and not have to keep touching the screen to go to the next exercise.
